1.     Online - this is the simplest way, just add the products you love using the Quick Shop buttons or Add to Basket from Product pages, view and amend your basket at any time and complete the simple checkout process. Our website is safe and really easy to use.

2.     By email – just email us at hello@distinctdesigns.co.uk with your requirements and we will create and email the order to you

3.     By phone – just call our friendly customer service team on +44 (0) 203 471 9008 Mon-Fri 9-5pm (GMT) and ordering over the phone.

You can pay by Credit or Debit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta, or by Bank Transfer.

You do not need to create an account and can check out as a Guest, just enter your address and payment details at checkout and we will process the order as soon as we can.

If you create an account you will be able to see your orders, create you Wishlist, indeed speed up the process for whenever you order next time. Shortly we will also be introducing a loyalty scheme, meaning you can save money on future purchases.

Your Wishlist is a list of items you like, almost like a virtual shopping basket that does not expire.

Just add the items you like as you go along so you can come back to see these at any time in the future.
